PCRC Participates in "Rock the Block" Community Clean-Up Day 2018

Rock the Block volunteers in front of 61 North Franklin Street!

Staff and Board members, and UP3 current students and graduates from the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities (PCRC), as well as members of the Pottstown community gathered this past Saturday, April 21, to participate in Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties' annual event — Rock the Block Community Clean-Up. PCRC participated in the event as a community partner with Habitat for Humanity. Volunteers helped paint and clean up PCRC's newest property at 61 North Franklin Street to get it ready for occupancy late summer or early fall. Ryli Meyer, PCRC's Community Engagement Specialist, has been on the event's Leadership Team that plans for and engages local residents and businesses to participate in the 20 plus projects of the day.

PCRC is in need of continued volunteer support! If you are interested, please contact PCRC Volunteer Coordinator, Samantha Brannen, at sbrannen@pottstowncluster.org or call 610.970.5995, ext. 229.
