Holiday Closures and Schedule Updates

Our office will be closed for the holidays from December 24, 2025, through January 4, 2026, and will reopen on January 5, 2026.

The pantry will be closed from December 18, 2025, through January 12, 2026. Wednesday, December 17, 2025, will be the last open pantry day of the year. Open Pantry will resume its regular schedule on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Holiday Meal Kits will be distributed on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to current registered families. Current pantry clients may sign up in person for holiday meal boxes during open pantry hours in December.

The Board of Directors of the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities (PCRC) is dedicated to the long-standing mission of PCRC and its commitment to improving the well-being of our community. The Board also wants to ensure that our partners, supporters, and the families we serve are informed when the PCRC undergoes changes, including those of staff involving leadership and management. To that end, the Board is informing you that, following the recent departure of the PCRC Executive Director, the day-to-day management of the PCRC is currently being shared among trusted members of the PCRC senior staff.

The Board has full confidence in our interim leadership team during this transition period, and the Board is confident that our programs, services, and support to the community will continue without interruption. We are focused on strengthening our internal operations, supporting our staff, and ensuring PCRC remains a trusted and reliable resource for all who depend on us.
