OPEN POSITIONS:

 

Bookkeeper 

Position Description: This is a non-exempt regular part-time 20 hours per week. The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting, finance requirements and reports. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Duties will include recording Payable & Accounts Receivable, Bank Deposits. Posting payroll hours and Invoicing Admin support as needed   Experience with the following software is a plus: QuickBooks and Salsa. This position reports directly to the Business Manager. Housing Locator

Position Description: This is an exempt, salaried regular full-time, 40 hours per week position. Full-time hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, however, secondary to the nature of this position, there may be times when hours need to be flexible to accommodate work activities. The Housing Locator will develop permanent housing opportunities for Housing Resource Center clients by establishing relationships with landlords, property managers, and inspectors that lead directly to affordable housing opportunities for homeless residents throughout the community. The Housing Locator will also provide supportive services to newly located residents to ensure they maintain housing stability. The Housing Locator is an employee of the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities, whose primary function will be to the Pottstown Housing Resource Center team serving Pottstown and surrounding communities in Montgomery County. Locator/Prevention Specialist

Position Description:  This is an exempt, salaried full-time, 40 hours per week position.  Full-time standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; however, secondary to the nature of this position, there may be times when hours need to be flexible to accommodate work activities.  The Locator/Prevention Specialist will provide eviction support, housing locator, RRH Lite assistance to individuals referred from Your Way Home Montgomery County and supportive services to individuals and families presenting at the Cluster Outreach Center. Primary responsibilities will be for the Eviction Prevention & Intervention Coalition (EPIC) and locating services, while Rapid Rehousing Lite and supportive services responsibilities occurring as workload availability allows.
