COMMUNITY MEALS

Update on Community Meals as of Tuesday, March 31, 2020

Our weekly Community Meal schedule has been modified, based on Governor Wolf’s March 12th mandate. Please note the following changes and meal options:

Monday Lunch will continue to be served at Christ Episcopal Church; however, the meal will be a bag lunch for guests to take and eat on their own.

Tuesday Evening meal at Trinity United Church of Christ WILL NOT BE HELD until the Governor lifts his restrictions.

We have been told that the 6 PM Meal at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, run by another organization is continuing to be held; however, it will be a meal for guests to take and eat on their own.

Wednesday Lunch will continue at The Salvation Army; it will be a lunch for guests to take and eat on their own.

Thursday Evening meal will continue to be served at First Presbyterian Church; however, it will be a meal for guests to take and eat on their own.

Friday Lunch will continue to be served at Emmanuel Lutheran Church; however, it will be a meal for guests to take and eat on their own.

Sunday Breakfast will be available at the Pottstown Bible Church; it will be a curbside breakfast pick-up from 9:30am-10:30am

Please know that we will continue to evaluate the situation as we get more information. We are committed to providing the same access to food resources as we usually do, while taking into consideration the safety and health of both those being served and those serving.
