PCRC serves individuals and families living in the greater Pottstown area primarily; we also serve residents across Montgomery County for housing stability services.

IMPACT of Services

In 2018, PCRC served an average of 470 households with groceries and 1,249 prepared meals, distributing 419,627 pounds of food locally and 152,308 pounds to partner agencies in Montgomery County. Through an eviction prevention pilot program, we provided services to 81 households, resolving 85% of those evictions. Twelve series of UP3 workshops have been held to date, with 89 graduates; 100% of most recent graduates surveyed report experiencing a greater knowledge on how to improve their stability.

FOOD SECURITY — assuring access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food that meets dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.
HOUSING STABILITY — PCRC provides case management and support in finding safe, affordable, housing for individuals and families facing homelessness or possible eviction.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES and EDUCATION — provides referrals, education, and support to help individuals and families improve overall stability.
